Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies (see below).

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Return of goods (EU)

After withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

Return instructions will be provided after your withdrawal request.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (for example: custom prints, custom sizes, or custom colors).

These items are non-returnable.

Returns outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the EU, returns are not accepted, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items (worldwide)

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact returns@gatiwear.store within 7 days of delivery, including photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
